Dual Head Pediatric Stethoscope by MDF Instruments

The lightweight MDF Pediatric Dual Head Stethoscope, combines Diaphragm and Bell flexibility with a full rotation Acoustic Valve Stem to provide sensitive acoustics and professional performance for pediatric patients at an affordable price.

Pediatric Chestpiece: Lightweight pediatirc Diaphragm and pediatric Bell Chestpiece and full rotation Acoustic Valve Stem are constructed of anodized aluminum and chrome-plated brass, respectively. The pediatric Bell side detects low frequency sounds with built-in, non-chill Bell Insert Ring for patient comfort. The pediatric Diaphragm side is fitted with an Ultra-Thin Fiber Diaphragm for detecting high frequency sounds. Combined, the pediatric Dual Head Chestpiece enables users to hear a wide range of pediatric cardiovascular and respiratory acoustic frequencies.

AccuFit Headset: Adjustable headset crafted from chrome-plated brass is equipped with ComfortSeal Eartips to provide medical professionals with an anatomic fit for extended usage comfort and superior acoustic transmission.

Acoustic Tubing: Single Acoustic Tube in the Y-configuration is constructed of non-cracking, non-sticking high-density latex-free PVC.

Accessories: Additional (2) ComfortSeal Eartips, (1) ultra-sensitive Diaphragm and (1) ID tag.

Replacement parts include: non-chill ring, diaphragm retaining ring, bell ring, a pair of ComfortSeal™ eartips, and diaphragms. MDF Stethosocpes with defects in material or craftsmanship in the chestpiece, binaurals and spring are replaced/repaired without charge for the lifetime of the instrument, excluding MDF model: MDF727E. MDF Stethoscope tubing with defects in material or craftsmanship are replaced/repaired without charge if the defect is reported within 5 years of the original purchase. MDF Sphygmomanometers with defects in material or craftsmanship are replaced/repaired without charge if the defect is reported within 2 years of the original purchase. MDF Hammers with defects in material or craftsmanship are replaced/repaired without charge if the defect is reported within 2 years of the original purchase.
