Infrared sauna, your yeast infection cure when nothing else works

Use the infrared sauna when you are looking for an effective yeast infection cure, or even to treat conditions like vaginal bacterial infection.

Not exactly situations that you like to discuss with your doctor.

Various types of bacteria are naturally present in all people. This is normal.

Candidiasis, better know as thrush or a yeast infection is a fungal infection resulting from the overgrowth of certain types of bacteria. They most often strike women, which doesn't mean that men never need a good yeast infection cure. Most women will develop one at least once in their lifetime. It is the most common cause of vaginal irritation.

Please allow me to say that I haven't tried one of them (I was lucky enough to be spared from yeast infections - at least until now).

I may sound like a broken record, but please, consult a doctor before you decide to self-medicate. The only exception here is if you have been previously diagnosed for yeast infection by a physician. A doctor can diagnose you by performing a microscopic examination of a so called "slide test".
